  • $40 for a 4 class pass. (Save 10%)    Use within 3 months.
  • CASH  AND CHECKS ACCEPTED      Sundays before class from 1:15-1:30 and after class until 2:45.

      • BRING YOUR YOGA MAT
      • Practice will be in bare feet.
      • Show up a few minutes early to sign in.
      • Wear comfortable work-out clothing.
      • Don't eat 1-2 hours before class.   
      • Please be on time. Late- comers can be disruptive to other students. 
      • No food allowed in the studio.

            Class Description
            Class at Buda Yoga is an ALL LEVELS class.  Beginners and experienced students are welcome! 

            Each class will combine sequences of
            strengthening postures (asana) and conscious breathing (pranayama) to develop mental focus, physical strength and flexibility.             

            We will generate body heat by flowing from one traditional yoga posture to the next. You will keep moving thoroughout the class, however relaxation is also crucial to the practice of yoga.  Each class will end with 5-7 minutes of relaxation.

            Room temperature is typically held between 73-75°F.

            Classes at Buda Yoga are cancelled until further notice due to a family medical need. Check back at this website for any future updates. Unused class purchases that were purchased in November and December of last year or in January 2012 will be refunded. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
